VAPStat Joint Meetings

The Landbank Authority is a cooperative effort by the major taxing authorities in Louisville Metro (city of Louisville, commonwealth of Kentucky and Jefferson County Public Schools). Its mission is to put vacant and abandoned properties back into productive use to improve our neighborhoods by increasing property values, stimulate the tax base, and reducing crime rates

Regularly scheduled meetings of the Landbank Authority are held on the second Monday of each month at 3:00 p.m. Please note that meetings can be canceled for lack of business or if a quorum is not achieved. Special meetings can be held at other times if ever necessary, in which case, the public will be advised within 24 hours.
